Energy Auditing
Walk through or full scale energy audits. We assess your energy inputs and activity patterns to come up with a set of recommended actions to reduce your energy related bills. We are very active in the Hospitality (Hotels) and Industrial sectors.
We also perform efficiency tests and although most of our testing is done on chillers and boilers we can design and perform bespoke efficiency tests on most types of engineering equipment.
Intelligent Energy Program
There are many untapped opportunities to save energy and encourage the use of renewable energy sources in Europe, but market conditions do not always help. The Intelligent Energy - Europe programme is the EU's tool for funding action to improve these conditions and move us towards a more energy intelligent Europe. We are strong supporters of this program and continuously seek to actively participate by being partners in consortia led by others as well as contributing our own ideas and energy.
Energy Performance Certification
An Energy Performance Certificate is similar to a household electrical appliance energy label. The EPC has scale bar/s showing the rating of your building/air conditioner/boiler and its carbon emissions, with zero being the most energy efficient and the other extreme being the least efficient.
Certification of dwellings as per Malta Resources Authority requirements (specifically for Malta).
