Vision Guided robot :
Easy to re-programme for changed parts.
Picking and placing of components using Epson 6 axis robot and Cognex Insight 5100 Vision System with Pat Max.
Heavy duty stainless steel conveyors. Non slip, solvent resistant band. Drum rollers for minimum intrusion. Variable speed control.
Automated inspection Machine : Components fed through feeders, inspected and accepted / rejected according to measurement of diameter of components on parts. Vision systems integration by Engineria Ltd., Mechanical construction and control system by Rayair Ltd.
Force Testing : Force sensing integrated on hydro-pneumatic press for destructive testing of stainless steel to mild steel riveting.
Riveting Machine : Rolling riveting design for stainless steel rivets.
420,000 (42 tonne) Hydro-pneumatic press
Used for component assembly. Use of hydro-pneumatic press for maximum speed / force combination.
Test Machine : Multi position component test machine using IAI electric drives with 0.1 mm repeat accuracy. Two hand control, automated test. Label printing with updated serial numbers on test completion. Checking for force and torque limits during test.
Manual Test Station : Manually operated test jigs.
Industrial weighing scale : Scale senses presence of object and accepts / rejects after standstill time has elapsed. Ideal for use in end of line packaging operations.
